Who We Are
LCOP is a community centered nonprofit that seeks to address under served and overlooked individuals and families of all kinds in the city Pittsburgh. Here's how we do this:
-
Provide programming and services that cultivates youth leadership, life enrichment to single family homes while being a support system to our senior citizens of the community.
-
We work closely with community residents, neighborhood community groups and community involved small and large businesses to provide resources and solutions for true community development and enrichment.

Founder & CEO
Michael Day is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Community Options for all People (LCOP Inc.) and the visionary Pastor behind the Legacy International Worship Center. Over the course of his leadership, Michael and his organization have transformed the greater Pittsburgh region, delivering vital resources and support to thousands of local families.

A Pittsburgh native, Michael’s executive mission is rooted in his own upbringing on the city's South and North Sides, where local recreational and arts programs served as critical catalysts for his development. These programs fostered the discipline and leadership that fueled his subsequent career as an internationally touring musician.

Recognizing that robust community infrastructure is vital to youth development, Michael founded LCOP Inc. to bridge the gap for modern families. By designing and executing strategic programs aimed at enriching, educating, and empowering young people and their parents, Michael continues to expand LCOP’s reach—creating tangible socioeconomic options and fostering resilient, wholesome communities.
